Howto set up knetworkmanager with "ALDI TALK"*
First you have to buy your "ALDI TALK"* SIM-card :-) Activate/registrade the sim card like written in the descriptions of the package you buyed. It'll take up to 6 hours to active the card (in my case: 20 minutes). I deactivated the sim request when booting the mobile phone. Then you have to select the option you want to use. My option was the 30-day-flatrade.
Now you install your sim card to your stick or pc (in my case a Lenovo T500 internal slot).
Find out which device is your sim card reader. In my case it was /dev/ttyACM1
Get root (depends on your system). Type lsof /dev/ttyACM1. You get the group to which the device belongs. Add your user(s) who should be able to use this connection to that group: usermod -a -G groupname username In my case the groupname was "dialout".

Now let's configure knetworkmanager: click on the knetworkmanager-icon in the status bar, choose "manage connection". Select "network connections" (which is hopefully called that way, in german it's "Netzwerkverbindungen"). On the right choose "Mobile Broadband", "add", "GSM-connection". Connection name: choose a name :) Within the Tab "Mobile Broadband" you have to add the following configuration: Number: *99***1# (or *99#) Benutzername: eplus ("Benutzername" is german, in english it should be something like "user name") Password: gprs (i think it doesn't matter, maybe i'll try another one) APN: internet.eplus.de (maybe it differs according to the contract "option") Type: 3G (GPRS seems to cost additional 24ct/MBi within germany)
Save and connect.
